The slim consistent 50mm rafter, hip and ridge sightlines allow maximum light in, with fewer obstructions of the view. The ultra-low line aesthetics ensure the S1 lantern looks great from all angles. The corner and rafter end caps run perfectly in line with the perimeter of the lantern.
Safe Elegance
The S1 lantern has many security features; the high-performance glazing tape adds a layer of security, integral gaskets prevent top caps slipping. The design has a unique patent pending glass lock, anti-tamper rafter fixings. The anti-tamper screw design prevents the removal of the glass. The innovative design of the S1 lantern eliminates the security weaknesses of traditional lanterns.

Introducing SheerVent
We now supply the opening version of the S1 lantern, called the SheerVent. Offering a modern twist on roof vents, they offer ventilation without the risk of leaks. The SheerVent uses the same high-performance glazing as the S1. We only supply electric openers which can be controlled by a wall mounted switch or a remote control at an extra cost.
Additionally, a rain sensor can be requested, which will detect any rainfall and automatically close the opening.

Thermally Efficient
The Titan ‘EDGE’ benefits from both low maintenance solar reflective glass on the outside, and low emission heat soaked toughened or laminated glass inside. The glass is structurally bonded into the super-slim aluminium frame. The titan EDGE typically provides a U-Value of 1.3 w/m2k (overall roof).

The Titan ‘EDGE’ comes with heat-soaked toughened safety glass as standard, alternatively laminated security glass can be selected.
How self-cleaning glass works?
The unique dual-action self-cleaning coating is located on the external pane of glass.
The coating has revolutionary photo-catalytic and hydrophilic properties, and works in two stages:
Stage 1) The coating reacts with natural daylight to break down and loosen organic dirt.
Stage 2) When it rains, instead of forming droplets, the water spreads evenly over the surface of the glass, helping to wash away my dirt and reduce streaking.
During long dry spells the glass can be cleaned by simply hosing it down with clean water.

The Titan ‘EDGE’ Air comes with the same superior specification as the Titan ‘EDGE’ with the added benefit of an electric opening.

Specially Crafted
With its unique and polished edge-to-edge glass exterior, its not only a stunning evolution of its rivals, it also brins many practical benefits. The clever design allows water to simply glide off its surface and not be hindered by perimeter sealants or protruding frames (subject to a minimum of a 5-degree pitch) The opening benefits from a ‘soft close’ and ‘soft opening’ operation.
The ‘EDGE’ Air rooflight will open to a maximum of 300mm, and the electric opener can either be operated by a wall mounted switch or a remote control. Additional options include a rain sensor and thermostatic controls, the rain sensor allows the opener to automatically close once rain is detected.
With its ultra-low-profile design, the ‘EDGE’ Air stands only 103mm high. Only 40mm higher than the Titan ‘EDGE’, allowing you to install them side by side with very little height difference.

The ‘EDGE’ Air has a very careful selection of high-performance glazing components, benefitting from low maintenance solar reflective glass outside and low emission heat-soaked toughened safety glass inside, structurally bonded into the unique super-slim frame. The thermally broken aluminium frame provides all-year round comfort, with a typical U value of 1.3w/m2k (overall roof)

With our edge-to-edge glass technology that stands only 63mm above the upstand, our ultra-modern and sleek style breaks the mould in flat rooflight design. Minimal internal and external sightlines and shatterproof heat-soaked toughened glass along with no protruding frames and no water penetrating through fixing points. Fastened from the inside, providing high
performance security with no mastic line around the glass, allowing water to glide off the edge.
Thermally Efficient
Overall U value (glazing and frame) 1.3 w/m2k. Thermally broken aluminium frame and 6mm solar reflective toughened safety glass externally and 6mm heat-soaked toughened safety glass internally as standard. This addition gives you peace of mind as it’s very difficult to penetrate from the outside. Providing optimum safety and peace of mind. All our glass is argon filled complete with warmedge spacer bar providing outstanding thermal efficiency.
Simple Installation
Delivered in one piece, with all its fixing straps already attached, our guaranteed no “extra bits” needed, provides quick and easy installation. Fastened from the inside with no external fixings. Internal plasterboard pocket for easy boarding and plastering with a 5-degree pitch recommended. With simple installation the frame is usually delivered in one section with all fixing straps attached. These multipane flat roofs are the best option for natural light in larger areas.
Design
The Walkon roof is available in clear obscure, sandblasted or a textured anti-slip finish providing safety, privacy, and durability. Perfectly suited for balconies or areas requiring pedestrian access.

The Titan ‘EDGE’ Walkon comprises of 3 layers of 10mm toughened safety glass laminated together combined with an inner pane of 6mm heat-soaked toughened low e safety glass providing optimal thermal efficiency. It benefits from both
very low maintenance solar reflective glass outside and low emission glass inside.
The glass is structurally bonded into the unique super-slim edge thermally broken aluminium frame providing all-year-round comfort with a typical U-Value of 1.3 w/m2k.
